Can I return my items?
We want you to be completely happy with your Snuggle Sleeves so we offer a no quibble returns policy. All we ask is that you return any clean, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and we’ll give you back the amount you paid or provide an exchange, whichever you prefer.
What if I don’t like them or they aren’t the right fit for my baby?
That’s fine too. Simply send them back to us with the original packaging and we’ll either exchange your item(s) or give you a full refund. To return your items simply fill in and enclose the form included in your delivery note.
Are returns free?
We’re afraid not. We do offer free delivery on all our Snuggle Sleeves to help make our products great value for our customers, but if you choose to return an item you’ll need to cover the cost of postage.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible and will keep you posted on progress but would like you to know that can take up to 14 days. We will email you when your refund has been processed.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you we deem you to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree or are uncertain about these terms please contact us before placing your order by emailing us at email@example.com
Once you place an order we’ll send you a confirmation that your order has been received by us loud and clear. Remember, this confirmation does not confirm your purchase has been accepted but merely acknowledges your order. The contract between you and Snuggle Sleeves for the sale of our products starts once your order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you won’t be charged for the goods until they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to despatch all our orders as quickly as possible but all delivery dates are estimated and may change. We can’t accept liability for any loss or damage if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
We carefully describe our products but they are a general description to give you a guide to the Snuggle Sleeves and our product specifications. We do always try to represent the colour of our products as closely as possible but we can’t accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. If you are not happy with the product you receive based on colour you can of course return your items as per our returns policy.
We aim to keep all our items in stock but if your chosen items are unavailable it will be shown as out of stock on our website and you will be unable to order this item.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. If your items have already been despatched you’ll then need to return the item(s) to us within seven days. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.
